Where is WatchGrid hosted and is it GDPR compliant?

WatchGrid is fully GDPR (DSGVO) compliant. All servers and data backups are hosted exclusively in ISO 27001-certified data centers within Germany (EU).

Can multiple users manage our organization?

Yes, WatchGrid supports multi-user organizations with role-based invitations. New team members can be invited via email and verify their accounts seamlessly.

Which notification channels are supported?

WatchGrid supports Email, SMS, Webhooks, Slack, Discord, Gotify, and Ntfy.
